How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that the product meets the conditions outlined below.
This policy does not affect any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
How can I request a return or exchange?
To submit a request online, sign in to your account, go to the Orders section, select the relevant order, and submit a return or exchange request.
You may also contact our customer service team and provide your order number, the phone number used when placing the order, and the reason for your request.
What are the conditions for returning a product?
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must be:
- Unused.
- Free from scratches or damage.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Returned with all included accessories, such as the case, box, cleaning cloth, and cards.
Remond reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned with missing packaging or accessories.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable in standard return and exchange cases.
If you request an exchange because you changed your selection, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and the delivery fee for the replacement product.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product due to an error by Remond, the case will be handled in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Returned products are usually inspected and processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date they are received by Remond.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to the agreed bank account or payment method within 3 to 7 business days after the returned product has been approved.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request to change or cancel your order before it has been handed over to the shipping company by contacting our customer service team.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. However, you may submit a return request after receiving it, subject to the terms of this policy.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as you receive your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Once the case has been reviewed, the product may be replaced or returned for a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
What is the product warranty period?
All Remond products are covered by a one-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date the order is received.
The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects after the product has been inspected. It does not cover:
- Scratches caused by use.
- Breakage caused by dropping, pressure, or impact.
- Damage caused by misuse.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by another party.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
