Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unscratched, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

Product Warranty

All Remond products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.

The warranty does not cover scratches, accidental breakage, misuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or products repaired or modified by another party.
Prices and Promotions

Prices, offers, delivery fees, and product availability may change without notice before an order is confirmed.

Promotional codes may be subject to expiry dates, selected products, minimum order values, and usage limits. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless otherwise stated.
