Refund policy
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unworn, free from scratches or damage, and returned with their original box, case, packaging, and included accessories.
To submit a request, sign in to your account, open the Orders section, and select the relevant order. You may also contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your request.
Original shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable. For standard returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any delivery fee for the replacement product.
Returned products are inspected and usually processed within 2–5 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
For cash-on-delivery orders, approved refunds are transferred through the agreed payment method within 3–7 business days.
All Remond sunglasses include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover scratches, breakage, impact, misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
