Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout according to the delivery location.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. Remond is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Our customer service team may contact you to confirm your order before shipping. You will receive an update once the order has been confirmed or handed over to the shipping company.

If delivery is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, does not respond, or provides incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply when rescheduling the delivery.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number with clear photos of the product and packaging.
